I love chia seeds so much for their mucilaginous (gum-like) like qualities that help to remove toxins from the body. They are the most effective when they are soaked for at least 4 hours which is why I don’t recommend sprinkling them on your food. They are meant to become jelly like.

How to make Lemon Chia Seed Water

  • Filtered Water

  • Chia seeds (use as much chia seeds as you like)

  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
